Challenges and Solutions

International Communication Hurdles

BEXIMCO’s employees, including the managing bodies, frequently travel overseas, leading to communication challenges. Traditional methods like WhatsApp or Viber were not fully effective, as they required sharing personal contact details, which was not ideal for official communications. Integrating MiCollab addressed this issue by allowing seamless communication regardless of the employee’s location, ensuring they remained reachable through official channels.

Desk-bound Communication Limitations

Another significant challenge was the limitation of desk-bound communication. Employees away from their desks often missed important calls, impacting responsiveness and productivity. The solution involved leveraging MiCollab’s feature that automatically redirects calls to the employee’s softphone when they are away from their desk(Micollab has a feature that when you are at the desk all calls come to the desk phone. But when you are not near your desk all calls goes to your MiCollab softphone), ensuring continuous connectivity and maintaining privacy.
